It was a fabulous time….I really loved my painting…and so did the purchaser!!!
As part of the PRNT Collective I had the opportunity to do another large wood block print. The most amazing part…a steam roller to press the image onto the paper. What a fantastic day!!!
Yesterday was the last day in my Alton Mills Art Centre studio. It was a day full of fun, friends and a touch of sadness. It was the most wonderful 2 1/2 years, I made, roomfuls of art, new forever friends, and learned so much. Truly an amazing experience. Now…onward to new horizons!!
It was an exciting evening of art and competition with the most amazing artists!!!
Come out to Coldwater on Sunday, July 15 2018 to see me and fellow PRNT members do some big woodcut printmaking!!
It has been over a year now in my new studio space and I have enjoyed every moment. Thanks to everyone who has come to visit! This picture was taken by fellow Mill artist Janet Simmons Sweet.
I am now one of the sustaining members in an adventurous new art collective in Barrie Ontario. The PRNT Collective is of group of printmakers who have joined resources to create a phenomenal printmaking studio!
This is my Art Slam 30 minute painting.
Wow…what an amazing experience to paint alongside such wonderful artists! Yes, I think most of us were nervous, but we persevered, created art, and a fun, successful, memorable evening.

Lucky me! Yesterday, I had the chance with nine fellow printmakers to participate in an exciting day printing with large-format woodblocks at Georgian College. The images were pressed from the wood carvings with a lawn roller filled with water. Everyone’s prints were awe-inspiring and will be auctioned off at a later date.
